WHO WE ARE
MomsFirst, a program of the Cleveland Department of Public Health, is dedicated to improving maternal and infant health in Cleveland. We partner with local organizations to provide support to expectant mothers, dads, and families through case management, home visits, and supportive services. Lexington Bell Community Center serves the Cleveland community, focusing on family support, health, and education. Together, MomsFirst and Lexington Bell have partnered, creating the Cleveland Infant Vitality Community Consortium (CIVCC) to unite mothers, fathers, healthcare providers, and community organizations to reduce infant mortality.
